Information We Collect from Your use of the Services

To enable you to use our Services, we collect all data that is stored in the database of your MobiPOS application which include the following:
Sales data - All necessary information that is required to produce sales data is collected.
Payment - Masked credit card information that is printed out on receipt.
Websites - During your usage, we might collect but not limited to IP address, browser information and operation system information.

Information We Do Not Collect

Images that are stored in your device.
Credit card information that is being processed.
Email address that is entered when emailing receipt to customer.

Usage on Information We Collect

In order to fix software error or improve our Services. Our employees require relevant technical information to do in-house testing or further enhance the Services.
Our employees will only access your information based on a 'need to know' basis.
We may use any User content for advertising, however we will exclude personal information such as your outlet name to make sure information remain anonymous.
We reserve the right to edit, modify or delete User content at our discretion.
We will not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties other than our employees or affiliated organizations.

Information Choices

We may send you newsletter and other e-mails to notify or promote the use of our service.
We will try to keep this minimal. If you do not wish to receive such, you have the option to "opt out" or unsubscribe.
This can be done in the application's setting.

Information Storage & Management

To provide you with the Services, we store, process and transmit information in locations around the world.
We outsource our hosting services to third-party cloud providers.

If we are involved in a reorganization, some policies might change. Do subscribe to our Facebook page to get notified for all latest news. If a revision meaningfully changes your rights, we will notify you via email instead.
